"The staff really makes this hotel! It is small quiet place with a caring, friendly, helpful staff. The rest of Lake Como was overrun with tourists and staff who were tired and even borderline rude. But not at Villa Reverie! They were consistently welcoming, gracious, and respectful. It takes a little planning to move around the lake because it is not a common boat stop, but with a little planning, all activities are possible.
