After booking, I noticed this motel had a lot of negative reviews on Google, so I was worried. I stayed here 3 nights and didn't have a single issue. The room was fine, the breakfast was fine (I only ate it one time, but it was pretty good). The staff were all friendly. This wasn't a 5 star hotel, but it was a standard, normal hotel room for a good price. I'd stay here again.

We stayed one night while traveling through Des Moines. The staff was friendly and very responsive to our questions. The room and bed were very comfortable. The pool looks great, although we didn’t use it. We did use the small fitness center. It has one treadmill, a stationary bike, and some free weights. Great value for price. We will stay here again on our return trip.

The staff was very helpful. We stayed here two different times and had minor issues each stay. The staff responded and fixed the issue very quickly. This is an older property, however it is clean and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment about that. There is a small fitness room with a treadmill and exercise bike. The pool looked really nice. We would stay here again if in the area.

Overall, the room and amenities were great. My only complaint is the scattered pile of fingernail clippings on the floor between the two beds. Pretty gross. It obviously was not vacuumed.

I had a great stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was equipped with a wet bar, refrigerator, and coffee maker. The Breakfast had hot eggs, a waffle maker, a yogurt machine with nut & granola toppings, hot and cold cereal, juices, and coffee. I would have liked it even more if there had been cheese and hot sauce for the eggs and almond milk. The pool was clean with heated water. The thing I appreciated most was that they allowed me an extra hour in the morning giving me a noon check out with no housekeepers banging on the door or making loud noises in the hall. I got a great last minute rate and I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. I appreciated all of this

This hotel is right next to the interstate, so was very noisy. The breakfast options were very limited and coffee looked more like water than coffee - I ended up just taking an apple and going to a restaurant. But there was plenty of parking and the heater worked fine. It could’ve been worse, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

The room was not clean, it was very neglected. There was a chicken wing under the bed, hair in the shower, cheerios under the bed, the pool had all sorts of floaties on top of the water, it appeared a food salad was dropped in the walking area of the pool and left for someone to clean. Very shady people walking in the hallways. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.
