Worst of all was the bed! It was like sleeping on a board with a little bit of foam. We woke up so sore with very little sleep. The tub was filthy. The floors and furniture were stained. The drapes had holes in them. The room was really cramped. We expected more from a Hampton. The front desk had a “most improved award” displayed, and it makes me wonder just how much worse it was before this. Was not informed about when breakfast was, had to call the front desk and ask. The dining area floor wasn’t very clean. The breakfast was good though. We were right by the elevator, and since there was a large space under the door, we heard people walking around and using the elevator till very late at night. That really sucked since we had to wake up at 5. I’m mentioning this again, but the bed was absolutely awful! I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton hotels, and they just seem to be going downhill. I would never stay at this particular one again just because the bed was so hard.
