This place is clean, quiet, modern, and comfortable with the added bonus of being affordable. Whenever my wife and I visit the Des Moines area, we stay here. Lots of great restaurants nearby, theaters, shopping, and other entertainment.

Clean but needs building maintenance

Room was clean for the most part. Bedding had stains. Shower was rusted and some furniture shows wear and tear. Large hole in the wall outside our room in the hallway, it was the size of a fist but likely from a door knob. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Could hear the person above us walking back and forth late into the night and middle of the night and early morning.

My daughter, son-in-law and I stayed 2 nights. It was comfortable and a great area! The bathroom door did squeak like a haunted house door but other than that everything was great. The bistro has good food, but it is a little pricey. Over all it is a great place to stay!

Loved the stay but I booked a king with a sofa bed and my room didn’t have a sofa bed so that was a bummer. We made it work istead of asking for a different room.

We had a very nice day. The room was clean. There were a few things that were not up-to-date in the bathroom such as there was no towel bar to hang stuff, etc. However, it was still clean. There was a little mold on the ceiling above the toilet as well.

Room was nice. Disappointed that the property couldn’t have provided complimentary coffee in the am. Had a bar/kitchen that closed at 10 am. Closed off community area to non volleyball groups. Room coffee is inferior! Hate to have too leave property on a weekend morning for coffee.

Fresh and clean. Decent lighting which is important to me. I’m always glad to have a mini fridge. I did overlook the fact that breakfast was not included when I booked. I’m so used to having it in these types of hotels. It is available for purchase however. We weren’t hungry anyway. The location is good for shopping and dining. It’s a fairly quick drive to the airport too.
