"The outside of the facility looks great, and the check-in process was fine. Our room was not only in need of some repairs (hole in the bathroom door, paint missing in some small areas), but the room was physically dirty. There was a red substance (I can only hope it was pizza sauce!) on the bathroom light switch. I have pictures. It was gross. It really makes you question the cleanliness of the room. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub, but that was my fault for not being more observant. Breakfast was ok; not horrible, but there was room for improvement. "
