"We stayed in Chico during a 2 week road trip in Northern California. Our room was perfect for what we needed, a nice sofa to lounge and watch some TV shows, good WiFi connection, spacious bathroom, clean and cozy bed, and blackout shades. We were a bit hungry and the cafe provided options we found appealing and tasty for dinner. Recommend the location as it is close to major retailers in case you need to resupply."

"My overall experience would have been a 3 to 4 star rating, up until I woke up in the morning, got up to go to the restroom, then upon returning to bed, discovered that I had rolled over and killed 3 small cockroaches in my sleep, which were squashed into the bed sheets! I immediately showered and left the property. To be fair, I answered all the rating questions without letting the roaches factor into the overall rating.
