"Booked a suite with multiple beds and when I arrived was told they sold that room. I had to be downgraded but was told I would be getting the room for 50 percent off. That did not happen. My card was charged for the entire amount. When I got up to the room, I discovered that the pillow had a booger on it so had to call down to front desk to get new one. The hotel is rather run down but the breakfast was good and staff was kind. I’m still trying to get my refund but to no avail."

"The room was nice enough, bed comfortable. The bathroom door was a barn style slider which was an odd choice, inconvenient at night, form over function I guess. The motion sensor switch in the bathroom was a really annoying feature, walk in to relieve bladder in the middle of the night and the room lights up like a stadium. Honestly, designing for a certain esthetic seems to take away from the comfort of the stay. They don't have complimentary coffee for guests, which seems like a pennywise/ pound foolish decision by management, and they seemed a bit understaffed. The one breakfast we had was good, but 3 blocks away is an old school diner with fast friendly service and reasonable prices, bottomless coffee mug. The old fashion we had first night in the bar was good, but $18 cocktails vs the $10 to 12 drinks at the RiNo Beer Garden made it worth the 5 blocks, and the pub grub at RiNo was good and reasonable as well. Maybe we're old school travelers, but i would prefer, clean, comfortable, with coffee in the lobby and friendlier interactions. "
