"This was a perfect low key place for a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and enjoyed the space, kids loved the pool and play/ kids zone. Staff always friendly and tried to help you in any way they could. Catered for my son’s allergies. Bit of a walk to shops and beach but that just gave us some opportunity to explore."

"This place is nice and quiet, though from the street, you do not know where to go to access the property and if arriving at night, its difficult to find. The street sign is hard to see as there's a tree in front. The booking confirmation needs to have photo of the pharmacy out the front with directions to walk down the right hand side. "Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
