"Everything was perfect when it came to the experience from the stay to the fine dining, the cost should include parking, ontop of that you will be charged an additional $40 a night in taxes with a outrageous $750 deposit when checking in."

"Our room was great and very comfortable. Our bathroom was very well stocked always and the one time I had to call for towels, rhey came right away. My only small issue was I was never able to get the hours right for the breakfast buffet but did eat in the restaurant and it was amazing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!"

"This place is a gem! What a perfect location- just minutes from the beach, the airport and sights. The hotel is clean, very friendly, and accommodating. For adults who want privacy, quiet and fun. The manager is amazing! We booked through Expedia and got a queen bed. As tall as we are, we asked if there was an available King. After a day, she had an opening and moved us to a bigger room. Super accommodating! The breakfast is simple but the atmosphere is incredible! We sat on the patio every morning watching the waves, the sun, having our coffee, bagels and fruit. The beds were comfy as well as the many pillows. We watched our shows that we watch back at home in the evening. Hot showers and cool AC- slept great! We truly enjoyed our 1-week stay and hope to come back!"

"Great location within walking distance to rentals, restaurants and a small beach across the street. Definitely recommend a balcony room if possible. Great staff. Breakfast was great! delic Definitely worth it. I highly recommend this as a place to stay!"

"It has to be a better communication when it is a shorter of water , we got there and it was not water and it was our first time in Puerto Rico so we didnโt know that they have a tank of water inside the unit for emergency, we have to find out for ourselves how to use the emergency tank , because I was told that we were supposed to have some kind of a schedule for the water but we never have a that time , it was always when we were out or a different times, I have to find out on my own and after that I was able to use that water for the toilets and shower and when you go with your family is very inconvenient."
