"In general, it was fine. However, the cutlery was very dirty, so I couldn't use it, and the electric kettle was broken. The bedding or towels didn't smell, but they weren't clean either. If you don't eat and just sleep, you can use the family unit. Communication with the owner in English was good, and the response was fast. Check-in is self-check-in, and there are 24-hour convenience stores and marts around the apartment, so it's very convenient."

"They told us there was no room available at a landmark building and asked us to move to the Masteri building instead. They told this to us 4 hours before check in so there wasn’t much of an option. Do not book this place as they will probably switch you to a different property. Replacement place did not look as nice but it sufficed."
