Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Avoid hotels belonging to this chain if possible.

The check-in process was the worst, rudest, most unprofessional I've ever encountered. The rooms are basic and some of the furniture (i.e. couch) are very dirty. AC temperature could not be controlled. Check out time is 11am and substantial extra fees are imposed for checking out later than that. I intend to avoid hotels belonging to this particular chain in future.
