Good for a night's stay
We checked in at around 10.30 PM and went straight to bed. The room was clean and fairly comfortable but the rooms were not as big as are being advertised in their photographs. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. The room had a mini bar with decent stock of beverages and some biscuits. The breakfast buffet had limited items and were not that great.

Hotel Intercity Definitely Not Recommended
We were terribly disappointing overall. At first We were given a room with NO window we complained. We were then asked to wait to move to another room. The room was dirty, the toilet was filthy. All the bathroom/toilet accessories were either broken or rusted, we did not dare touch any of them. We bought plastic containers to place our soap and toothbrushes ...etc. All the appliances were full of calc.

Nice reasonably priced hotel near Karol Bagh Metro
Nice clean hotel and room near the Metro and restaurants, near the Karol Bagh station. Local restaurants include Pizza Hut and McDonalds. Decent restaurant on the lower level with free breakfast. Good staff.

DAy 1.....good place but reception held me back for 30 mins till they found out about my details
Day2...a guest is held out as they claim I have to many guests....although I follow the rules of the hotel..all guests are adults with a valid id
Day 3...no internet in the room...after almost 10 complaints it is restored....I go to the reception and clarify what the rule is for entry of my friends to my room...I say I have followed the rules....they say the police has given them orders to Jot allow guests in room.....i request to see the orders...they say..it's verbal...ya a joke in a country where all orders are written and given
Day 4...same issues persists...I leave the hotel....the manager is rude and uncouth and ask me to leave if I wish to....and have to spend more money to take up place in a different place....where I have a more peaceful stay but had to spend an extra £100 . In total I feel so sad and unhappy regarding the stay

Highly recommended stay in this hotel
We really enjoyed the services and everything.
The was big, very clean with a small balcony.
Overall it was a gem and we will stay there again upon our next time in Jaipur.

Value for money
I stayed for two days on holiday with family and friends. This hotel is a good value for money, the staff were helpful and courteous and was willing to listen and help out. The breakfast was good but could be better with more varieties. The location is good close to shopping and restaurants.

Our Stay was really nice this hotel is very near the Metro station easy access to get to from Main Delhi railway station. Also all other areas this is my 10th visit to India this hotel is much better then other hotels I visited to the Manager Rakesh was also greeting us with a smile each day nothing for this hotel was any trouble service quick for all are needs. We had trouble with hot water on the 3rd floor during stay first night no problem. But hotel managed to resolve by letting us shower in another room we would stay again but the rooms on first second floor are better the 3rd floor rooms need to be a bit decorated as looking a bit old now and modern showers and better water system due to when hotel busy all guests having shower better water system in place 24 hours. The breakfast could do with a bit more choice also e.g more fresh fruit and more choice of bread and cereals available and choice of fruit juices and a new better toaster in breakfast area as existing one looking to old now

To start with I would say that the hotel staff is outstandigly friendly and professional. Very specially the two gentleman seated at the reception. ( reservation manager mohamed)We had a bad start from delhi airport where the insane and horrible driver who was swearing all the way stating that he got stuck in a traffick jam cos " we tourist's" didnt know the route to the hotel.
However, when he tried to abandon us middle of nowhere the one of the hotel staff (mohan)walked all the way from the hotel to pick us up :) when i reported that my first room had a bad smell . They quickly changed me to a better one and also arranged cabs for a better price back to airport even - Exceptional Customer Experience.

Fantastic service
this hotel provided me with the service that makes me feel at home even when I was away from home. Staff is very professional and disciplined. The complementary internet service (Wi-Fi) works exceptionally well. Ambiance inside rooms is awesome. Its location is central and all the markets were nearby. I can say its the best location for someone who is shopaholic like me. Will make sure next time my stay in Delhi would be same.

Okay hotel for business
Hotel is in a nice location which is easy for all sightseeing. Hotel entrance and rooms are all very dark and dingy. The beds are hard and very uncomfortable and the air con is very noisy so all in all not a great nights sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and the room was not cleaned once. Breakfast was downstairs in a room again with no windows, food adequate. Free wifi which is good.

Disappointment at Intercity Hotel in Delhi
It is hard to find anything good to say about this Hotel though the staff were friendly and helpful and the Masala omelette was very good. Air conditioning not working. No hot water. Bed very hard so we did not sleep.Towels old and torn TV did not work all the time and the lighting in the room was very dim also no window in the room. The cost of the room was the same as for the 5* Trident Hotel in Agra and in terms of value it should have been half the price. It was very poor standard and should not cost so much. We would advise other travellers to avoid this Hotel

Better than hoped!
The rooms are large and very clean. The furniture was very nice. It's hard to know exactly what one should expect as it was our first stop in India but we were not disappointed at all. However, the beds are harder than you might expect, which we got used to right away. The restaurant is terrific! It is open 24 hours and the food is excellent. You can also get room service which comes in handy and worth the extra few rupees. So we would order our meals, then have it delivered as it usually takes 30 minutes for them to prepare. Breakfast is no waiting however and they have omelettes for no extra charge. The location is great too....just a block away from the biggest open air market in Delhi. I highly recommend this hotel.

Title of review - Simply outstanding hotel
My review-
I stayed at hotel intercity for one night for business purpose. From the moment of arrival the staff did everything they could do to make the stay hassle free and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable super-king size bed. The food in the restaurant is delicious covering almost all the dishes and the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my stay .Impressive location with the famous market and metro station nearby. The service and hospitality of all the staff members in the hotel is even more impressive Superb service with a smile once again.
One more thing I want to add that Hotel is having free WIFI facility and Homely atmosphere
I would not hesitate to recommend HOTEL INTERCITY to anyone.

Our Delhi/ Agra Experience!
The front desk staff were very helpful in giving us information to find our way around Delhi, especially on the Metro and the general staff were pleasing and efficient.
They organized a Taxi for us to travel to Agra (Taj Mahal) and back .
