One night stay

The room was fine cool with AC but just what you needed only one night . the location it was difficult to find where it was. There were many hotel in that area. The reception was helpful.

Avoid

We booked the hotel for the facilities offered. None of these facilities were provided. E.g. no fridge, no free water, no terrace, no safe, no premium tv channels, no Tea and coffee facilities and we booked 2 beds. We did manage to change to a room with 2 beds and they put a fridge in the room which was disgusting. I had to use wet wipes and shower gel to clean it. The room stunk of damp , the towels and toilet roll were damp , even the bedding had a damp feel to it. The terrace that was advertised was a roof top which the staff used and slept. They were happy for us to use it but we felt uncomfortable squeezing past sleeping staff members. At first the staff were unhelpful but they did became more aprochable and friendly.

Great service & great value in Paharganj

Good service and good value! It was suitable enough that I decided to spend a few extra nights and didn't feel the need to transfer to a different hotel. Location relatively convenient; not too far from New Delhi station. My room faced the street but 3 floors up, so it was rather noisy, but I assume any hotel along the Main Bazaar has the same issue and perhaps the inner rooms aren't as noisy. Hot water & wifi worked well. Room didn't have a desk or table, which is my only real complaint. No issues at all with odors, insects, pests, etc. Pretty clean overall, in my opinion.

Dålig upplevelse

Vi var inte alls nöjda med servicen då vägen till hotellet. Var helt stängd vilket slutade i att vi inte kunde bo på det här hotellet. Det var inget som gick att lösa från hotellets sida och vi blev inte erbjudna något annat heller.

No help from reception

Needed help to get to the place due to some closed roads around the place in connection with Republic day. Arrived late night in the city and called the reception. Slow to try to help and gave up after a couple of minutes telling us to find out for our self. The place is in a not so good area, so we did not want to wander around trying to find it. Got to a 24/7 tourist info to find another place to stay.

Avoid this so-called hotel!!!

Please be aware that 'Check In Room' is actually not a property, but only a name of company that covers many local low budget hotels. And you actually have no idea in which hotel a reservation is made until actual booking. We perform a reservation as 'Check In Room RK Ashram' due to very high level reviews, but ended in 'Hotel Arjun Main Bazar'. If you check for the reviews for this hotel, it gives totally different picture and we would never even try to reserve it. Anyhow, a reservation was done with breakfast included. As we arrived early in the morning (that night was also reserved and paid), we would for sure expect a breakfast. However, we were told that breakfast will be delivered to our room which never happened! Next issue was cleanliness. Or better say dirtiness. Room was the worst room we have ever stayed in. Very bad smell of strong chemicals and cigarette smoke. Linens were very dirty with full of staines (when we mentioned this to the guy who opened our room, he didn't take any care about this). Overal hygiene in the room is on the lowest level. Also the furniture is dirty and completely worn out. I recommend to search for reviews for above mentioned hotel and not 'Check In Room' directly (however they own many hotels). The result was that we left the room after 2 hours and went to another hotel (we made a quick reservation during these 2 hours). We didn't care about the fact that this dirty hotel was already paid - we just wanted to leave as soon as we can.

Cet Hotel n'a pas de salle de restaurant, il n'y a pas de frigo dans les chambres (j'ai verifié les chambres) ni de coffre fort Ce qui est notifié sur Hotel.com n'est pas vrai ! Aussi j'avais eu une chambre standard alors que j'avais commandé deluxe, il a fallu batailler pour l'avoir, pareil pour le petit déjeuner qu'ils ont essayé de me faire payer alors que c'était compris Je ne comprends pas comment ils ont pu avoir de bons retours..... je ne sais pas si les précédents commentaires sont pas des fake !!! Je ne recommande pas cet Hotel

The Crowd Is Right Outside the Door

A friendly staff. I especially enjoyed dealing with Ram who could run out for whatever I needed (usually chocolate). It was crazy and noisy outside, but quiet inside (except for those room buzzers). Everything worked inside, but it needs a better cleaning - the light switches just need to be cleaned. This hotel is located on a narrow and extremely busy street so if you like to mingle with locals this is a good spot. I also found excellent food at great prices close by.

Awesome hotel

I was there in the hotel unaware that the check in time is 12 noon. I was worried but then Anand and Amit helped me out. I really appreciate the helping nature of the hotel staff. And the rooms were also good and clean,great amenities. food was good, specially the wifi is very good with high speed.

Friendly and polite staff , lovely breakfast. roof top terrace, very clean room and bedding. The staff also arrange convenient airport drop-off at a reasonable price. The hotel is centrally located and perfect to visit all the tourist location of new delhi and old delhi. overall good hotel in delhi

Best Hotel Near to Metro station

Metro station and New delhi railway station is just 500m and 800m away from this hotel respectively. So one can catch a train or express metro for airport or local metro. A well maintained with good reception. The food is really really nice and tasty, near also a bar that would be good. A very well maintained hotel near to metro

Wonderful stay in delhi

Hotel is a lovely hotel, staff are wonderful who went out of they way to accommodate our every request. Hotel is also nearby 2 private hospitals and market with street shops as well as branded stores. room is small but service amazing. Had a lovely stay here . Staff were excellent. I always stay in hotel Prince polonia

Very good choice

Very nice Hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Location is perfect, a more quiet lane of Chuna mandi Main Bazar. Very good Restaurant food and nice service. Just don't buy from the so-called 'tourist office' in the lobby, this guy will trip you off.

gutes Service- und Budgethotel

Hotel Prince Polonia ist ein ausgezeichnetes Hotel in Neu-Delhi. Es gibt Unterkunft, Dekoration, Frühstück sind ausgezeichnet. Da sind alle Angestellten gut, Mr. Anand und Mr. Rabbani Khan sind sehr hilfsbereite Leute. Ich bin glücklich als Gast dieses Hotels. Ich wünsche dem Wohl des Hotels .....

Perfect tourist Hotel in delhi

The hotel is centrally located, and perfect to visit all the tourist locations of new and old Delhi. New, clean, boutique style chic with wonderful helpful staff along with a free WIFI - we really couldn't fault it. Yes, it is on a busy street, but that adds to the charm overlooking the madness of Delhi from the rooftop restaurant.

Clean and Comfortable

We stayed here whilst attending a wedding and it was perfect. Rooms are clean, staff are helpful and friendly. The Rooms is lovely and it's really nice. the company I used, which I fully recommend, has an office in this hotel with easy access to tours, transport to other cities using a private driver and general questions. Thank you for making our stay so simple!

Just Perfect

Located on a quite street, it may look a not so hot from the exterior but once you cross those big glass door, it is great. All staff is attentive and nice. They greet you in the lobby with mineral water.Rooms are, clean and modern. Good hot shower, great wi-fi. They have a restaurant on top with terrace but is under constraction. Breakfast is great with fresh fruits, muffins, good coffee. you don't feel like exploring they will make you great Omelets. Just a nice place

Comfortable stay in delhi

Very comfortable stay for one night nice and budget hotel in delhi. location is good and quite. rooms are well decorated and bathrooms are new renovate. They provide complimentary toiletries. I feel like my home but my aircon is not working proper but they fixed with half hour , service is nice. hotel staff is polite and helpful.when I was in delhi soagain stay in hotel prince polonia.

Good Hotel with Great Location

I was stay in one night nice hotel with great location , location is preety good and quite street. very close to Metro station only walking distance. Rooms are nice new renovate, reception is under renovate but rooms are so nice, they have restaurant also but only room service because also under renovate. service is nice, front staff is helpful. recommended.....

Vi blev inte upphämtade från flygplatsen. Fick inte det rum vi betalade för, endast en fängelsecell utan fönster. VARNING: hotellet är en byggnadsplats, varken pool eller rooftop var tillgängliga som det utlovas på hemsidan. Istället byggs det och bullrar hela dagarna. Oändligt många kackerlackor på rummet, det blir att skaka väskorna när man kommer hem. Lakanen i sängen var bruna och smutsiga. Personalen var inte hjälpsamma eller intresserade överhuvudtaget. Wifi fungerade endast 10 minuter på rummet. Som grädden på moset pruttade en i personalen när han var inne på vårt rum för att hjälpa till med AC:n, oacceptabelt. Enda plus var att AC gick att få igång till slut. Om ni ändå vill bo här, boka inte online pga otroligt överpris. Det kommer finnas rum på detta ställe i sådana fall, ingen som ser det i verkligheten skulle betala det priset.

Maybe when the hotel's expansion is done......

This hotel's materials say it has a restaurant, swimming pool, etc., but it doesn't have anything except rooms. They have gutted the building next door to add to the hotel and say the amenities will be in the new part. In the meantime, the hotel just has some rooms and a big, loud, dusty construction zone going on from morning until night. They claim the WiFi works in rooms, but eventually will concede it doesn't, so guests are using it in the lobby. When I arrived, the main front desk guy essentially treated me like a criminal because the immigration guy at the airport had twice screwed up my visa-on-arrival--first by writing the wrong expiration date on it (which I had to go back and get corrected) and, second, by not writing my visa number on my visa. The hotel guy acted like Indian immigration's incompetence was my fault. Well, it's not.
