I checked out early and cancelled my return trip here. Main issue was the noise, the hotel (or at least my room) was right above a nightclub and even with my noise cancelling headphones in the bass stopped me from sleeping (literally the only reason to get an airport hotel). I could also hear loud intimate noises from the room next door, and their shower. I could smell cigarette smoke in my room so people must be smoking by the vent at the bottom. The bed was comfy and the gym was well equipped. A very average restaurant, but nice staff. But if it’s too loud to sleep, it’s all a bit pointless. I told the guy on reception when I left and he didn’t really have anything to say about it. They must get it a lot.

Excellent hotel .. really busy .. near the airport which was just what we needed Excellent staff reception staff was amazing especially the lady who checked us in she gave us a lot of useful places to visit on our last day .. The section across the road with all the restaurants amazing .. and close for the last day

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at aloft. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant experience, the hospitality, professionalism and helpfulness of every single employee made it an experience to remember. I loved the quirky design, and the room architecture is also different from comparable hotels. we will, without doubt, be staying at aloft when visiting Delhi next time.

I stayed here during a long stopover in Delhi. Very convenient for the airport. Spacious clean room, however the light in the bathroom above the sink wasn’t working. Just as well that I didn’t need to have a shave. You need a keycard to get up the elevators and into the corridor where the rooms are. However, I kept finding the door on my floor being propped open, which defeats the security purpose. Minor details aside, it was a lovely hotel and I very much enjoyed my short stay.

The property was within walking distance to everything. The airport is a 10 minute drive. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. We had a great stay.

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

We stayed 1 night and then went to jaipur...the hotel stored our luggage instead of us having to keep the room....that saved us some money.

The property was excellent and the staff are super friendly. The thermostat was a bit tricky since i stayed during their winter season and i wanted the room cooler. They tried their hardest to fix it. Bed was perfect, food was amazing.

This is a wonderful hotel to stay in- really nice rooms and facilities and very close to the airport. The only issue was that they could not break a large bank note into smaller notes, which is a basic service at hotels (and helpful in terms of giving gratuities as needed).

A good option if you have an early flight, taxi is easy and very quick to book at reception and there’s a nice bar and restaurant for the previous eve and the rooms are great. About 10-15 drive from airport.

Excellent property near Airport
One of many great hotels in Aerocity. Pros: excellent buffet breakfast, very near Worldmark shopping and food court, amazing bed and pillows, great wifi. Cons: worst tasting bottled water in rooms. Their own brand apparently. Recycled water for shower - great for environment but somewhat smelly. Overall still excellent property

Aloft has always been my first choice when ever I am travelling a very cozy and comfortable place to stay very elegant and stylish hotel with catchy decor .. staff is hospitable and professional ,,, it was a smooth check inn this time as always and Ananya at front office did an excellent job… kudos to the entire for the wonderful team effort to make our stay comfortable

The ac didnt work. I was there for only 5 hours and could not even rest. As.it was hotter in the room than the lobby.

Comfortable stay
Had a great stay at this hotel. Service was impressive. Place was beautiful and clean. Beds were super comfortable. Couple of issues. Heat wasn’t working in the room. It was addressed when we notified them. Bathroom does not have a single hook or towel bar to put your clothes. Floor was very slippery. No bars to hold anywhere if you slip. Overall very comfortable stay.
