"We did not check in until midnight because of flight change. It was nice to check in and crash. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. In the morning, I heard the staff laughing in the laundry room. I thought they must enjoy their job and who they work with. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. Wonderful stay!"

When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. "Nothing i like the hotel was so dirty and there was a mouse in the room"

"Rooms were a good size, though a bit worn. Things like hand prints on headboards and rust around bath drain and a bathroom sink drain that would not properly seal. Breakfast service was good, on par with a Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. One weird thing. You had to go up/down a step to enter or exit a room. A major trip hazard."

"First room was completely dirty stain on the couch dirt on the floors as it wasn’t vacuumed at all. The pillows and blankets on the bed had small stains on them and kitchen utensils were not clean properly. called the front desk and asked to be moved to a different cleaner room upon that room was a little better then the first even tho there was still minor issues with cleanliness as well"
