"Staff were nowhere to be found. Front desk was consistently unattended. Room keys deactivated every day during the 3 day stay and needed the front desk to activate each day. Housekeeping never came to the room any of the 3 days. No fridge or microwave in room like advertised. Only coffee available in morning. When front desk staff was present, they were on their phone entire time. Last time we needed all three rooms keys reactivated they didn't even ask for ID, just reactivated the room keys which is a huge security concern.
Advise looking for other hotels in the area if saying in downtown."
"We stayed for a music festival that was in town. And although I was grateful to find a place that was under $500 a night for such a busy weekend. I was underwhelmed by the overall appearance of the hotel. The outside of the building is not clearly marked and it was harder to find than normal. When you first walk in the cleanliness makes you second guess wanting to check in. With no other option, we did anyway. The redeeming qualities include their fantastic staff who were super friendly and greeted you with a smile. Both of the employees we encountered were very patient with my difficult group and were beyond helpful. Which I will admit is hard to find these days. So we were optimistic. The parking lot we parked in was close by and had indoor walking to the hotel, I was also told it was the cheapest lot in the city which was great. After a 12 hour day at the music festival, we were able to sleep fairly peacefully. The thermostat definitely wasn’t working to control the temperature however. Upon waking up in the morning, I wanted to start my day with a relaxing, hot, shower. Which, wasn’t a thing apparently. The water never reached a temperature to even fog up the mirrors. They also did not provide any shampoo or conditioner. Which, I understand would be a luxury feature to some, but when a guest only stays for one night these toiletries provided makes a big difference. Probably won’t be staying again, unless it’s the last resort even though the staff was so lovely."
"Very confused about the breakfast. Was it complimentary or not? Couldn’t get an answer from the front desk. We were charged a $50 incidental rate and were told $10 per breakfast would come from that. So if we don’t eat breast we’ll get a refund? Yes. But no one could really explain."
