"it’s ocean front so the view, and the breeze is excellent, on the boardwalk so everything is nearby, it’s a studio condo, okay for two or even three, clean, well furnished though you have to bring your own bedsheet (queen size), pillow cases, we found blankets in the cupboard and washed them and used them, up to you to bring your own blankie, we did not, kitchen is well stocked up with plates, bowls, silverware, knives, two small pots and a large pan, a large fridge, a functional microwave,...

"We had a great couple of days here. The community is well located to get to and from the beaches (Fenwick and Bethany) and yet away from the crowds and in a really scenic part of Selbyville. We loved our stay and enjoyed the pool (there are 2). The place itself felt like home from the start, owner is really responsive and friendly, and it exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay again. Felt like home away from home. "

"The house was not ready when we got there. Then when I asked the cleaning people if we could leave an extra hour late. They told me no that they have to clean before the next tenant get there. But they didn't show up the day to clean my place until 330. Not being done till 430 close to five. Losing an hour and a half hard time but not getting up back to the day we left. Also lost power Saturday night in the middle of cooking dinner for several hours. Not their fault but quite common in the area."

"The place did not appear in pictures. I could not take a shower because stuff was stored in there . The toilet was not clean . It was just a lot of junk everywhere "
