"This hotel is in Mall Road and it felt like an inconvenience when we reached there since entering the mall road with a hired taxi is not allowed, but later on we found that it's a privilege to be in the mall road. The most fun of mussoorie is in the mall road actually and it's just outside the hotel. They also arranged for porters who would pick up our luggages. Beyond the location, rooms are spacious enough to walk inside. While walls etc seem like older property, it is well maintained. We had no issues at all for the services. Restaurant food is actually better than the food outside for the price(way better in comparison to highly rated restaurants like kissa for the price)."

"We enjoyed our stay in the hotel, having used it before for travelling to Dehradun. The food was varied for different tastes and in terms of options; the staff, both in the dining area and around the rest of the hotel were very considerate and helpful. Gym has nice variety and the desk were prompt with responding to requests."
