"Its time to renovate this property. It was just okay. There were not enough luggage carts available for use. There was a spill on the floor in front of the elevators that stayed there too long. The staff was kind and efficient. We needed a pack n play and it was delivered to our room promptly. I found the beverages in Sheraton store needlessly overpriced. $6+ for a bottled beverage is silly. We didn't have a specific problem at our stay but we also weren't impressed. Unlikely to book this property again "

"The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I did find it a bit strange that you had to go to the 2nd floor to check in. The valets are the ones who basically greet you but I don’t think their focus is to be friendly . The lobby, hallways and amenities were impeccable, with modern decor and finishing. Our 2 bed room had a city view, the beds were impressively comfortable. Very clean and decorated so elegantly with taste. Highly recommend:) "

"The rooms need updating. Bed sheets had stains on them, very gross. Hotel company needs to fumigate rooms, saw several roaches in the room."

"The front desk staff was amazing. Turner really helped us out a lot and was able to get us into our room early. She helped me with my Hilton rewards account. We ate lunch at the bar at the hotel. Rambo was our server. He was a one man show running the bar and taking food orders. He treated us like royalty. They were amazing. The hotel is definitely older and the rooms could use some upgrades. New carpeting and paint. But the lobby in common areas were great. Beds were comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have a refrigerator in a microwave in the room. For our leftovers. But overall, we would stay there again."
