Cari Chalet di Deer Park

"Everything was excellent except for the little side store they had that carried basic essentials. It could have been a little more well-stocked."

"Ok property, we were there for 6 days and our room was never cleaned or refreshed."

"The staff always accommodates me. They put me in the room that I want and they’re always so professional and nice. I love staying there. The price is right in my budget and I end up staying one more night."

"Room was clean. The staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was extremely good."

"Decent place to stay!"

"WAS NOT INFORMED OF ADDITIONAL; CHARGES ADDED TO MY CREDIT CARD WAS VERY UNHAPPY WHEN I DISCOVERED THESE No wonder the Hotel didn't give me a receipt upon check out I WILL NEVER USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Disappointing stay—accessibility, safety, and breakfast issues I stayed at this hotel with my elderly parents and requested a room close to the parking lot for accessibility reasons (properly, they don't have an elevator). Instead, we were placed on the top floor in the last room, and the hotel refused to change it. During the night, there was a burning or electrical smell from the heat pump. I reported it, but the hotel still would not move us. Their only suggestion was to check out...

"Close to all downtown, and the river, very easy to walk."

"Great establishment, excellent service from all the staff"
