"The pictures advertised were not the pictures of the property. The mattress was very poor quality. The advertisement said there was a washer/dryer, but there wasn't. Dozens of bites on my body which were worse in the morning. The admin were not bothered at all. The people upstairs were regularly up until 3:00a.m. and you could hear everything despite the advertisement stating there was soundproofing. Had to put down 100euro cash deposit which I did not know about. No credit card option. "
"Lovely close in water views from the front building or third floor of the back building. Exceeds the standards for small Euro boutique hotel. Nice pool with great outlook and lots of sun. Helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms. Michelin restaurant on site with great food and wine list. Sea wall and nice beaches are close by. You will need a car, bus or Uber to get to Pula old town."

This hotel is completely run down in every aspect and hasn't been upgraded in about 20 years. This is not a place where you should be looking to stay for even a single night and should be avoided at all costs. I left after one night and will be looking for a refund on my full 3 night stay."
