We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended.

I was left homeless in a foreign country in spite of having a confirmed prepaid Expedia booking. The manager never showed me his face. The receptionist was powerless. I have never had a worse experience anywhere in the world. Literally.

Des cafards , des saletés partout , des cheveux partout , l état a été catastrophique. Et pas de chauffage . Il Faisait très froid . Je suis tombé malade . Est ce possible d être remboursé svp ? Au moins la différence avec votre prix public de 65 euros par nuit au lieu de 110 euros svp ?

Avis plus que mitigé.

Emplacement bien situé quartier calme . Accueil satisfaisant , par contre l'ensemble des logements apprécierait une mise à jours. Principalement au niveau de l'insonorisation. Destination à oublier pour les amateurs de grasses matinées et ou siestes. Rien que le bruit des serrures s, ouvrant et se fermant dès 7 heures du matin . Je conçois très bien que le personnel est c'est obligations . Mais bon personnellement nous avons le temps de nous reposer reprise du boulot dans un mois. Sortie de cet établissement la région est purement magnifique.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war ganz gut. Es waren wirklich ca. 700 m bis zum Strand. Das Zimmer war ganz okay eingerichtet. Aber die Sauberkeit war nicht gegeben. Gerade im Bad war es nicht sauber. Wir mussten sogar eine neue Klobürste im Supermarkt kaufen. Da die alte von unseren Vorgängern sehr benutzt wurde. Auch haben wir nicht damit gerechnet, dass wir erst unser Bett aufbauen und beziehen müssen .

Très très très bruyant

L'hôtel est confortable est suffisant pour un petit voyage mais alors le bruit UN CALVAIRE. Les murs sont en papiers on entends les voisins parler, leurs téléphones vibrer toute la nuit, les voitures qui passent au pied de l'hôtel on a l'impression qu'elles sont garées dans la chambre, et les gens alcoolisés font énormément de bruit dans l'hôtel. La réception est très peu ouverte donc lorsque la réceptionniste est absente certains ne se gênent pas niveau bruit. Aucune caméra à l'entrée donc n'importe qui rentre dans l'hôtel et à accès aux chambres en journée. Et un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour plusieurs personnes pour plusieurs journées...bof. Les suppléments n'étaient pas précisés sur hôtel.com et nous ont été facturés à la journée pour le chien, alors que le ménage ne se fait qu'en fin de séjour, il ne devrait donc y avoir qu'un seul supplément car le ménage ne passera qu'une fois. Le parking devrait aussi être inclus vu les prix de la chambre. L'obligation d'appeler 24h avant et qui ne sert à rien est aussi désagréable.

Bon accueil mais établissement vieillot. Parking un peu étroit et à reserver absolument à l'avance. Studio bien équipé mais vraiment a rafraîchir (odeur persisitante, les fenêtres sont restées ouvertes). Pas d'interet de payer plus cher pour les studio côté sud, car donne sur une route bruyante et le petit jardin d'enfants. En bref, pratique pour 2 nuits, mais pas bcp plus longtemps.
