Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and location is amazing. We were disappointed as we paid extra to have a marina view, but due to birds nesting in the balcony, it was unusable.

Very nice

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com.

Excellent accommodation

Very nice accommodation. Room was clean and a good size. Again an issue with the smart TV, could not use screen mirror function. Appears to have been removed from tv. As English speaker it would have been good to watch tv at night. The staff were helpful and worked to make our staff enjoyable.

Anniversary break in France

The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

Nice stay with family

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.

Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.

The location and apartments were fabulous and well maintained and equipped. The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Très beau studio dans un complexe hôtelier à deux pas de la gare et des principales attractions de Deauville. J’hésitais avec un hébergement à Trouville-sur-Mer et je recommande fortement Deauville, surtout en hors saison car il y a plus de commodités pour les résidents passagers. Studio impeccable, il y avait même un lave-vaisselle! Piscine exceptionnelle également. Je recommande fortement.
