"The place is very run down. Garbage overflowing in receptacles outside and garbage littered the grass. The attendant was nice. But the room was just gross. Couldn't even relax or even sleep in there. The stench of cigarettes was down right nauseating. Our eyes and noses were stinging. Sheets and pillow cases were dirty with holes in them and makeup on the cases. Smelled really bad. Floor was dirty. TV wasn't even plugged in and they left half the lights on in there which felt odd. Everything was in poor condition. I have stayed in budget hotel/motels before but not this bad. "

"Hot tub was perfect and the pool was ok. Felt very safe during our stay. People were very friendly. Nice stay all around. "

"My room was large and comfortable. The tv was not working and they sent a person up to my room to fix it very quickly. But I found some seeds on the floor and tags in the bathroom that were not from my clothes. Overall I had a great time and would stay again though"

"Large room/suite was lovely but lighting was a bit dim. Still, a favorite place to stay while in the Syracuse area. Nice breakfast too. "

"Parking easy. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Room service lacking had to retrieve my own fresh towels. Excellent bed. Showing age. People friendly "
