"the hottub had hair in it. It was worn and had lime scale or something on the sides. Also the pool has overwhelming smell of chlorine. the room we stayed in had water spots and stains on the ceiling. in the corners of the carpet dust and dirt. my sil left a bag by accident they did mail that to her via her fed ex account so that was a positive. it is a unique property just needs to be maintained better. also when we would come in or leave not one staff member said hello or goodbye. "
