I appreciated the complimentary water bottles available at reception and that the guy at Reception was friendly. The room was utilitarian - I appreciated it had a small table for doing some work or having a meal. The bathroom was fine."

"I am unhappy with Expedia, I didn't get a AAA discount or anything like that and on top of it when I checked out I didn't get a statement telling me what my charges were. I was told since I booked through Expedia they would email me my bill. And on top of that, when I went through Expedia I accidentally signed up for some kind of insurance and tried to cancel it and I couldn't get the verbal advisor to let me talk to a real person. I do NOT want that insurance!!!!"

"She couldn't get my key to work. Gave me the key to the wrong room. No coffee! The curtains were smaller than the window, so people could see in all night. The Air/Heat was in the bathroom area and couldn't regulate our heat. Run down and disappointing. Right next to train tracks!!!"
