"With medium to high expectation prior checking in Hilton chain hotel - Hampton, well, it is absurdly disappointing to be greeted by reception around 2-3pm (was unable to retrieve the said receptionist name due to the fact that he was rude and lazy to talk to us). As a hotel guests to be greeted and represented by rude reception fronting customer and representing Hampton by Hilton is pathetic - leaves much to be desired and we won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Pls revisit your customer...

The breakfast isn’t worth €22, my bathroom smelled like rotten fish, the bed/mattress wasn’t great, and the AC didn’t work the best. "Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the hotel offered good value. The only downside was that the property appears a little old, and there were a few maintenance problems in the room, such as a faulty lamp and a minor leak in the bathroom. With some refurbishment and upkeep, the hotel could be much better."

"Neat and tidy hotel based north of Antwerp. Not too far from amenities nor sites. About 20 mins walk to local sites. Hotel had amenities such as toiletries and iron to make a comfortable stay. The staff were very helpful. Car parking is available at a charge and you must drive past the hotel on the right, and turn into a slip road, and drive past and turn right to gain access to the underground car park facilities. It’s convenient once you know where it is. Access to and from the carpark is from...
