"I and my husband enjoyed the stay. Room was nice and cleaned, breakfast was great, staff was very welcoming, and parking was good. We always make trips to Centralia area, have family in the area and will be staying here again for sure."
"The front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for my trip. The bed was also very comfortable. There were a few things that I was not over joyed with. The bathroom is very small. You can't close the door unless you are standing between the toilet and shower. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down the entire time. I also couldn't get the hair dryer to work. I was traveling by myself and spent very little time in the room so overall things were ok for me. I will likely explore my options for my lodging options before my next trip."
"Quick trip to the West Side from North Idaho and after a long drive I was so excited we stumbled upon this fun place. The bed was super comfy for a Queen and I even shared with my kid. The train was loud, if your not use to it, but we asked for a fan and the white noise helped us sleep. Even in room 14 right across from the tracks ! We cant wait to come back and be able to explore deeper into this historic hotel - theater - possibly haunted establishment with the rest of our family. I also highly recommend the Juice Box down the way for a great tap selection and what looked like fun stage and seating. FYI - Dont for get to look up!"
"This motel was in a perfect location walkable to nearby restaurants and grocery. The Mountain View was astounding. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we felt safe. It’s a no frills type of stay (no breakfast, pool, barely any staff interaction) but we would stay here again."
"I like that the property was clean and well maintained! The breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful."
"We stayed in Chehalis for a the Wooden Bat Baseball Tournament. I will stay here again! The room was very clean updated, and had very nice bathroom and shampoo/soap/body wash/conditioner. Also had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee. Great air conditioner. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was very good and came with the room to help with the price of the trip."
"My room was great. I had a lot of room for the $. It was very clean and had a minifridge and microwave. It had everything one could need.
Two things that annoyed me about this stay. One was the front desk girl, I didn’t get her name, didn’t make eye contact with me or greet me when I came in. All I got was, “Do you have a reservation?” I replied yes and pulled out my itinerary. In the meantime, the phone rang and she answered. Which is fine, but she processed to fully help the person on the line, rather than asking them to hold because she was with a customer. She was on the phone for about 10 minutes while I waited. Once she hung up I got a mumbled apology. It didn’t kill me to wait but I found it rude. However, anytime I had a question for her she was pleasant enough to talk too.
Secondly, I checked out about 0530-0600. There wasn’t any person at desk, which was expected. But there wasn’t any safe place to leave my keycard. There were no checkout instructions at all. I called the on-call number and got some dude still asleep telling me to just leave the card on the front desk. While the place was safe enough, I was really worried someone could take the keycard and do whatever they wanted with my room. They need a secure box at the desk or clear instructions for customers to leave their keycard in the room when checking out.
There’s some road noise, mainly bikers revving their bikes. Otherwise, it was quiet. W/D, ice machine onsite."
"Small, but clean and nice. Two restaurants in a short walking distance and two fast food facilities in a short walking distance (less than 100 yards). Quick access to Interstate 5. Convenience store and gas station across the street. Food is not cheap in the area. Denny’s is across the street. Reasonable prices. Other restaurant is pricey. Friendly staff at motel. Nice parking. Seemingly safe area."
