The folks who checked us in and out were super nice. The room had some issues. When I lifted the toilet seat, there were several cigarette butts in it and burnt tobacco on the seat. I had to clean it. You need to put a new knob on the faucet in the shower. The H and C were in opposite directions. I thought I was gonna have to take a cold shower! But, I figured it out. The place is old and it looks like you tried to refurbish, but perhaps a gut and re-do is necessary next time. There were chunks of something in the paint on one of the walls. Beds were a bit hard and more pillows would have been nice. Your continental breakfast could use more food choices. No eggs or meats. We were there with a wrestling team, and those kids needed something substantial to eat. Other than that, it was a place to sleep for one night and McDonald's was next door for a better breakfast.

The hotel was very close and convenient to my event. The front desk personnel were very kind. On Wednesday night, 11:45 pm, the fire alarm went off. That was unfortunate. I also wish there were more areas to hang things. There were just a few hooks and no hangers.

Staff was friendly. Asked for first floor because guest was on oxygen. Gave us 3rd floor. Ragedy cart elevator dirty. Got to room it was hot. Bedding was stained. Lady replaced it right away. They’re remodeling. We stayed in the older section. It was very comfortable. Hopefully, the remodeled rooms will be more accessible for the handicapped.
