The Miamisburg Best Western is very well located near the Dayton Mall and I-75 and I-675. It's in a fairly safe area and there are restaurants plus the mall to which to walk. The facility itself is attractive and the contemporary interior looks like it was renovated recently, say in the last 10 years. The interior appears to be reasonably well maintained with a little wear and tear around the edges. The room amenities offered everything that you would expect and the items were in good condition. This hotel offers banquet & meeting rooms as well as an outdoor pool, open seasonally, within a basic yet attractive enclosed courtyard. A fitness center, business arena with computer and printer, and small market shop with basic snacks and supplies are in the lobby. A nice bar (not staffed ) and comfortable restaurant seating area are located adjacent to the breakfast buffet serving area. The breakfast serving hours are convenient for week and weekend times; however, the breakfast food offerings were extremely basic. Though I have stayed at several other hotels in the Dayton Mall area to visit family, this was my first time at the Best Western. It was cheaper than some of the alternatives for the weekend I needed. I would certainly stay here again.

Room was fine though dates. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was attentive. They did have recordkeeping issues, where the staff lost our reservation after the first night of our three night stay. There seems to be unpredictable number of staff in general. Sometimes I see 3-4 staff people about on the ground floor, but other times have trouble finding anyone.

We thought the room was perfect and the breakfast was very well maintained and restocked! All of the staff were very helpful. If I could make only one small suggestion, it would be nice if there were some sort of a shelf in the shower. There is no place to put anything except on the floor and it's difficult for people with a bad back. Oh, and the linens on the bed and the pillows were very high quality and super comfortable! We had a great rest.

This hotel was very clean and very beautiful. The staff was so genuine and the hospitality was amazing. I would stay here again and again. There wasn’t many tenants due to winter storm, and they personally cooked us a warm breakfast. I couldn’t be more happy with a hotel

Clean room. Breakfast was great. Only bad was when came back to room after breakfast, couldn’t get back in room, card reader would not open door lock. Went back to desk and had card reprogrammed but still would not open lock. Was locked out of room for several hours until maintenance was called in to reprogram the lock.

This was a really good bargain for your buck. Rooms were clean and tidy. Slightly outdated but price reflects. Star was friendly. Only dislike, there was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom in the shower with a vent cover screwed over top of it. You can see directly inside and see the building structure. It did not affect my stay but would make me slightly uncomfortable if I would have taken a shower.

The value for the cost was excellent. I was very impressed with my suite and was able to get a very good night's rest. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities or its location because I was so tired but I would definitely stay here again.
