Wonderful location for beautiful Dawlish

"The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care."

Very communal..everyone made us feel very welcome. Only negative was that there wasn't alot of dining options in Dawlish itself on an evening but this didnt matter as the trains to Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth were very regular even on a Sunday
