"Efficient and friendly stay, was in an updated room which was very nice. Oddly the chairs at the table sit too high for the low table. Hopefully they adjust this before renovating the rest of the rooms."

"Loews was a great place to stay! Located right on the beach, I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. We could walk to a lot of fun places to eat and drink as well. Our room had a skyline view and was decently sized. The only downfall was that the beds were double beds, not queen. Also, I am someone who typically looks forward to a cup of coffee in the room in the morning. The coffee situation was less than ideal - a very old coffee maker that did not work well and the coffee tasted terrible. This was a minor inconvenience, however. The pool is great, just not a lot of seating available so would recommend getting there early. We had the BEST server, Randy, who helped us out when we sat on the beach and then made an effort to find us at the pool the next day to say hi. He was kind, thoughtful, and we genuinely enjoyed having him come check on us! (Thank you Randy). I’d love to come back to Loews! "
