The Wednesday evening Manager’s Social was a special surprise and the breakfast the next morning was delicious! Our room was spacious and very clean and bed very comfortable.

The hotel was decent, but it could use some updates. Our room could have been cleaner; it had a moldy smell, and it was apparent that the beds had not been changed. We found hairs in one bed and red stains in the other. However, the staff was very accommodating and addressed all of our concerns. The parking was excellent.

Good afternoon, Let me begin by saying we stay at this hotel often and it has always been good. The pool there is wonderful. The pool room is warm and so is the water which makes it great to swim with kids in the winter. We checked in late so did not use the kitchen the first night. But when we went to use the TV we had no remote. Looked all over and then had to go to the front desk to let them know and get another that worked about half the time. When we woke in the morning the first thing we noticed were ants all over the bedside table. Maybe it was not wiped after something was spilled don’t know. I walked down and reported to the front desk and was told they would let maintenance know. We never saw anyone after that concerning this. Also when we went to use the silverware there were only a couple of forks and spoon. I just figured the people prior had maybe taken it. I walked down to the breakfast bar and used silverware from there. When we got ready to leave I opened the dishwasher to load and it was full of dirty dishes. It had not been ran or emptied. I did try and stop at the desk on my way out but there was none there. The staff was nice but not present a lot. This was just an unfortunate stay and hopefully it will not happen again.

Clean, comfortable hotel.

Very nice hotel. Have stayed here before. Always enjoy it. Awesome big breakfast area. Unfortunately the hot tub was closed but the pool felt amazing. Will stay again. Everyone was super nice. Very clean hotel.

1st time staying at a Homewood Suites - Fantastic!

This was one of the nicest experiences our family has had at a hotel. The entire hotel was clean and tidy. We'll be choosing Homewood Suites often in our future travels!

There was nobody at check-in when we arrived and there was a nicely printed sign saying staff was helping other guests and would return momentarily. 5 minutes later and with three guests waiting, the host arrived. There was no fitness center (that I saw). Breakfast was excellent compared to standard hotel breakfast buffets.

Overall a nice stay. Some things were kind of stained, but not necessarily dirty. Just stains gave the impression of dirtiness in the room/in the dining area. The staff was great and the location is very good.

Clean and new. Service is great!

We arrived very late. The employee at the desk was great. She ran a pack n play up to our room quickly to make sure we could lay our toddler down who was asleep in the car. The room was as advertised. Spotless, comfortable and just what we needed. The rate was fair, and the entire place looked just like the pictures. The location is good, although you’d have to take a car to dine anywhere that isn’t the hotel.

Staff is friendly, if you can find them. Breakfast is the exact same each day. Could easily be reheated daily so I question freshness. Not much of a variety for a Hilton. Room was clean: except fridge handle had visible food on it, and there were greasy handprints on the wall next to the sink. Odd. Our heater made a clicking sound that was annoying and the ceiling light would literally turn on at random while sleeping. To be fair, the light had several buttons on it so it could have been operator error on our part.
