"I would like to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent stay in Florida. Upon arrival, I was dismayed to discover that despite my attempts to contact the owner via text message, I received no response or prior notification regarding the unique method required to unlock the door, which involved simultaneously turning both doorknobs.
