Overall the stay was ok except for thin blanket in aircon room, didn’t realise how many stairs I had to climb to get to second floor as was not good for me so won’t be staying there again, location great as lots of local shops around for food shopping so ideal for young people or backpackers

We stayed at this property recently and really appreciated its prime location. Just a short walk or tricycle ride to SM Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The facilities were well-maintained, and the air conditioning was impressively strong, perfect for the heat. What stood out most was the staff: incredibly helpful and consistently polite, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, ideal for rest after a busy day. However, do note that parking is quite limited, and the street outside tends to flood during heavy rains, which can be a hassle if you’re driving. Overall, a solid choice for comfort and convenience. Just plan ahead if you’re bringing a car during the rainy season.
