"Very nice hotel with 700 rooms. We had a top floor room with fun views. The staff were very professional. Beware that parking and breakfast is extra ($45 for valet parking - although you can park for free a good walk away if you are carrying lots of luggage) and luggage carts are only available with a bell boy. Because of this, our costs for staying here were much higher than I expected and we could have stayed someplace comparable that included everything for less. I would certainly stay...

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, which we really appreciated, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is quite small compared to other hotels, but it was a lovely feature for our grandchildren, who really enjoyed it. Breakfast was the typical hotel fare, with a good selection to get the day started. One of the biggest advantages was the free parking. In downtown Salt Lake City, hotel parking can easily cost up to $50 a night, so this was a huge...

"It has a very good location. The AC worked great in the heat. The pool was clean and well kept. The breakfasts were great and the woman keeping things stocked was very friendly and helpful. The tub liked to drip, but other that that it was great. Expedia had a reservation, but the Crystal Inn did not receive it which caused a delay at check in."

"Great location in SLC downtown, a “legacy” building with an outstanding breakfast and dinner in the facility. Only problem was “The Vault” bar with an unpleasant experience regarding beer - they displayed a real arrogance and opinion that was unsettling. Felt like we were from another planet and clearly were not interested in helping."
