Hotel berdekatan Dataran Wushan

"Tip top cleanliness, the staff are all so warm and polite, they offered free hot drinks at the lobby all day long and midnight hot porridge. They even have free laundry service that deliver to your doorstep. Everything is good here, service is good and they even have all kind of aminities that if free at lobby for you. I'll definitely visit here again next time. "

"Good location. close most tourists interested places"

"Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

"Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!"

"Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes."

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Unique cinematic design residence which is just 8 mins walk from the night market. Many instagrammable spots. I even get a free fresh fruit platter and free fridge consumption and free breakfast."

"Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also."

"En desayuno no tenía opciones occidentales, las habitaciones están viejas y mal tenidas, además conecte un artículo del toma corriente y estalló "

"各方面都還不錯，地點更是好，很便利出行，沒什麼好挑剔的。"

"its really more of an apartment rather than a hotel. checkin was at the security desk as no real hotel reception. the name on website is not consistent with name on street signage making it a bit awkward on arrival. good location that is easily walkable to west lake area."

"Don’t trust the pictures, hotel and rooms were dirty there was garbage left in"

"Hotel room was a little dusty. Bathroom glass panel was also shattered :( Did not feel like it was safe having my kids there"

"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."

"It looks like the property is undergoing some renovations. Check-in was done by someone at the reception counter who cannot speak English. He came upto our room, but the key card was not working. We had to go back to the reception to get another card for another room. Wifi password was provided only after we asked for it. But the connection was very bad. No breakfast provided. No restaurants at the hotel. The shower handle at the bathroom was leaking water everywhere. The reception...
