"The room was very clean and there was lots of cupboard and drawer space. Bathroom was modern and clean.
Pool area was very nice and the spa area was enjoyable. Plenty of towels as well. Gym was very basic. Just a treadmill, cross trainer and bike.
Staff on reception were very helpful and gave us lots of details of places to visit and eat at. I liked the 3pm cakes they provided every day! The bar and lounge area was immaculate and the staff very attentive - constantly tidying up and making...

"Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und haben nach meiner Reklamation eine kleine Kulanzerstattung gewährt. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Junior Suite aus meiner Sicht nicht den Fotos auf der Website und bei Expedia. Die Einrichtung wirkte deutlich abgewohnt (großflächig beschädigter Parkettboden, beschädigte Möbel, defekte Lampen, Riss im Wachbecken, lockere Duschstange usw.). Schade, denn das Hotel hat grundsätzlich Potenzial."
