"We truly cannot wait until we have another opportunity to stay here! Staff was exceptional in attentiveness and kindness. Beds were so comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Location couldn't better for walking, dining, shopping, people watching. Property condition will be even better after all updates to the property are completed. Our only very small request would be to keep the hot tub open beyond 10pm for adults. Even 11pm would have been nice. :)"

"I have to say, this is my new favorite hotel in Seattle! I really enjoyed how laid back and relaxed the atmosphere felt. I also LOVE the fact that there's a perfume shop practically inside the hotel with an amazing selection of perfumes. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and the location was great. Will be back. "The rooms were very nice and the hotel was able to facilitate an earlier check in for some of our party which helped. Paper cups were in the rooms rather than crockery and this for me is a negative, especially when a coffee machine was supplied."

"Older building, 2 slow elevators which requires long wait time, bathrooms are very small. Would not stay there again given the chance."

"El hotel está en una muy buena ubicación, céntrico y casi todo queda a 10 - 15 min caminando. Sin embargo para una ciudad como Seattle los alrededores cierran pronto y después de las 9 -10pm ya no hay nada abierto de restaurantes o tiendas. El personal de la mañana habla y entiende el español, se agradece ya que pude más fácil contratar los servicios de transporte al muelle donde salen los cruceros. Volveré al hotel siempre que regrese a Seattle."

"I like the property, very good location. A lot of shops are walking distance. I was disappointed in when checking in. I was charged twice attendant did not check Expedia. My room did not have a tub. Need one after walking all day. Overall, the people were great and room was clean."
