"Only one comment… I had an expensive face cleaning cloth which was missing after house keeping cleaned our room. I gave them 3 days to retrieve it, they couldn’t find it. My guess is they are using for a dust rag."

"Cannot say enough good things about this spot. The front desk team was extremely friendly from check-in to when I asked to move rooms part-way into my stay because of some noisy neighbors. The pool is gorgeous. Has rentable day beds and cabanas and has a fun pool bar. The rooms are clean, have quality amenities and the beds are super comfy. I ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and really enjoyed my food and the service. What put them over the top is when I left behind an old blow dryer, in an attempt to make room in my suitcase for some purchases. They contacted me the day after check out and offered to ship it back to me. I will definitely be back."
