"The room was spotless. The room looked freshly renovated. The bed was cumfy. The shower had good pressure. The staff was eficient and courteous. The breakfast was good, the breakfast room was clean. The only downside was watching the guy serving the breakfast room dump the coffee grounds and bang it on the inside of the trashcan. Ugg."

It's right in the walkable downtown Florence area so you can walk out the front door and find a general store to get snacks/souvenirs, several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was spacious. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was very lively when I checked in but nothing that kept me from sleeping. "The staff is amazing, very helpful, going above and beyond to return the prescription glasses I left behind having fallen under the bed. Ask for a room not facing the parking lot due to extremely bright lighting that creeps in around the edges of the very thick blackout curtains, but boy did it make the hotel easy to find on a very dark, windy and rainy night. We will stay here again when driving through on our next road trip."
