"The “hotel” should be spelled by taking out the t and transposing the e and the l. Linens were filthy and when I took a shower, I had to wash the mud from the bottom of my feet that was picked up merely by walking in the room. There are absolutely no amenities and we couldn’t even get them to respond to a non-functioning tv remote. Could not check out fast enough."

"Check-in employee had ZERO personality and seemed bothered by the process. The foyer was basically a glass cage with a little slit to pass ID and paperwork through. The key card did not work when 1st tried. Went back and had to decide it. The room was dark and nothing glamourous at all. Bathroom was impressively small to the point when you have to basically step into the walk-in shower to actually close the door. The shower has no shelving to put shampoo/soap while showering. "On weekends, their bar is closed. People were smoking a joint on the patio. The room reminded me of the 90s. To top it off, the henge on the bathroom door was loose, causing the door to not fully close at all. Staff were friendly though, but feel the rooms could use a renovation. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "
