I don’t know where to start Reception lady was very rude and unwelcoming ..! She was upset with every little question .. We arrived and waited for 20 min and no one was dealing with us .. We wanted to upgrade our rooms since we realized what we booked was lower grade .. receptionist couldn’t help us she had to call the “MANAGER “ in middle of night and we ready to pay for upgrade ..! At end manager gave us upgrade without charges that was nice of him (we waitited for an hour ) Then we got to the room the AC wasn’t working the fan sound like propeller.. it was very hard night Next day woke up went to breakfast .. not much choices .. and rotten pineapple was set for breakfast… I wouldn’t recommend this place at all

When I booked I thought it was at the Sea Cliff hotel. It was not but rather more of an apartment hotel for possibly longer stays. I learned it was a sister property. Be careful when booking. It is not what I was expecting. If you want a cleanish more basic place to stay it is perfect. Large rooms. Wonderful staff!

The restaurant staff was exceptional. The front desk and cleaning staff could use a lesson in guest services! The property could use a facelift. There was mold inside of the shower and a strange smell in the room. The location was in a nice area. However, we would have preferred to stay at the SEA CLIFF HOTEL! This reservation was made in error.

Peaceful haven

Relaxing and peaceful hotel. Nice restaurant, good food and friendly prompt service. Comfortable room with good A/C. although kitchenette did not have any pans, plates, utensils etc. Courteous reception staff who kindly gave me a later check out. Five minute walk to well stocked Target supermarket. Thoroughly recommend for discreet business or private stays.

Das mir zur Verfügung gestellte Appartement war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet (inklusive Klimaanlage - was aus der ebookers-Seite (zum Zeitpunkt meiner Buchung) nicht klar hervorging). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Zimmerservice einwandfrei. Die Lage in Masaki ist hervorragend - man erreicht diverse tolle Restaurants und Bars (Cape Town Fish Market, The Waterfront, Samaki-Samaki, ...) in Kürze, trotzdem ist es rund um das Hotel komplett ruhig. Einzig auf meine Anfrage per Mail nach einer Abholung vom Flughafen im Vorfeld erhielt ich keine Antwort. Allerdings ist es ohnehin das Beste (günstigste) sich am Flughafen einfach ein Uber zu bestellen (Flughafen hat kostenloses Wifi und Geldautomaten für erste Bargeldausstattung).

Great apartments in nice location

The Sea Cliff apartments are located in a nice, quiet residential part of town with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.
