Staying at the Golden Tulip was fantastic. Historic charm, delightful staff, delicious food. It is an old hotel that was much more grand in yesterday year. While aged, it could use a few upgrades (my bed was a bit lumpy) but all in all, charming and convenient and well worth the price.

Finishing quality not so good, a/c broke and was not fixed when first reported had to report second time which led to switching rooms, when booking it was indicated that I will have beach front view but did not get it and when asked they said the info on hotels.com was not accurate. Staff were friendly and nice.

The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer and is changing a bit every day. The building is old, yes, but it’s in a good condition and clean! The pool is very nice, clean and you have a nice view to the ocean. The parking area is big and safe.

The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile!
