Staff courteous, friendly. Breakfast buffet wide variety with hot and cold options but tons of flies. Tried to access spa but no one there. A/C very good and strong. WiFi fast. Water pressure and temperature great. Not very well noise insulated but I was at the end of the hall. Area is bad, nothing close and nothing to do.

Hotel was lovely as were all the staff. Everyone very helpful and cheerful. Room was amazing - huge and clean with mini kitchen and fridge. We were very happy. Breakfast was excellent - so much choice and we would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again next time we are in Dar es Salaam. it was clean, good customer service. Nice location. Hair dryer was strong, chef was very accomodating for breakfast, I ask for vegetarian no onion and garlic as the vegetarian dishes outside all had onion, chef remade and personalised it, which made me feel very welcome. Pool and Gym was comfy

I thought food on this trip was average. Getting change in TZ is a challenge. The King Suite room exceeded my expectations. Good location and Khadija was outstanding. She made my trip golden.

Kept extending at the Element in Dar. It was convenient, excellent service we had the Premier suite on the 3rd floor. It was excellent. Food good and although no balcony it was in easy access to The Slipway shopping centre and staff so obliging with Uber pick up and taxi. Reception and waiters and especially cleaners do an excellent job..mainly a business hotel however we were a private vacation visit and we are returning and would again any time we are in Dar. Excellent.

Hidden Gem in Dar es Salaam

My recent stay at Element Dar es Salaam was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The on-site facilities were top-notch. The pool and restaurant was the highlight of my stay—pure luxury! Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The location was ideal, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I felt truly cared for during my stay, and I can't wait to return. Element hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience!"
