You get what you pay for

Elevator doesn't work and has not for awhile. Breakfast had dry cereal, cinnamon rolls and juice, not much selection. Hard to get people at front desk. Manager was nice but obviously short handed, room was clean and comfortable and ac was turned low like I like it. Price was good

VIR visit

It was a three night stay in Danville for the event at Virginia International. Check in was a little concern due to no one being at the front desk nor answering the call for service. When manager arrived he apologized for his not being there and check in went smoothly. The next two nights the people at the desk were friendly, and helpful. Making for an overall pleasant stay.

Very dirty with weed smell all over room

Very ugly , dirty and not cleaned! room smelled all weed and couch was very dirty as someone just puked on it. the room size with two queen bed was good factor.

Front desk help overworked; no one to cover desk while she grabbed a quick bite for dinner; There should be an auto text stating "elevators are out of service". My 92 yr old mother could barely get up stairs to second floor. She felt confined to room because of stairs/no elevator. Room was clean, linens were clean. Like the flooring - so much better than carpet. Very little offered for breakfast and all food was put away at 8:45am on a Saturday. Breakfast hours are 6am - 9am. Short-staffed for the front desk. Plenty of housekeepers cleaning the rooms early Sat morning.

The elevator was not working . We were placed on the 3rd floor. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. Both beds were used. We didn’t check in until late evening and the room was not cleaned. We had to walk back downstairs to let the lady know. She put us into another room . She had to go check the room first to see if that room was cleaned before giving it to us. That room was cleaned. Once we got to the room, the remote did not work. I called the front desk but no answer. I had to wait until the next day and I gave the remote to the housekeeper and she replaced the remote. The vending machines did not work. The location is great but the motel need some repairs.

Elevator was out of order. People across the hall playing music loudly. Reported it to manager was resolved. I've stayed here several times in the past. The building itself had a musky smell. For $502.00 for a 2 night stay l was disappointed. I've always use this hotel for the Nascar race in Martinsville. Hate to say l won't be using this hotel again. On the brightside the night desk clerk was very friendly.

Disappointed and dirty

Booked last minute and paid about $110. First room we were assigned to had a lot of mold on the ceiling and some on the wall. So gross. Amy at front desk was working hard and assigned another room but walked with me to make sure it was satisfactory. She was apologetic and good at customer service. Room was just ok and we stayed the night. Didn't walk without shoes due to sketchy floor. Room AC was mediocre. Very humid feeling. This hotel was very very disappointing. I do not recommend staying there

Avoid like the plague!! the night staff was very friendly. that being said they were not trained properly and it took an hour to be checked in for a room already paid for.Roaches in the room black mold in the bathroom. Then no breakfast at all!! no drinks no coffee not even bread. when I asked the morning clerk she said guess no breakfast today. Side note ordered from dominoes and was no showed. Night clerk informed me that after 10 they usually wont deliver to the property! Stay away from this location Worst experience I have ever had especially from a Wyndham property I would expect a much higher level of quality control. will not be staying at this property ever again. You have been warned!!!
