"If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise."

After issues with my airport transfer which was organised through the hotel the team went to great efforts to correct the issue and more than made up for this.
