Able to check in early. Convenient and ample parking. Short drive to Karlovy Vary. The only drawback is that my room was on the ground floor and along the path to the hotel lobby, so it’s noisy when guests chats while walking or dragging luggage. And the lack of privacy means curtains were always drawn.

Die Zimmer waren dürftig ausgestattet. Der Fitnessbereich im Keller war runtergekommen. Der Wellnessbereich teuer und ständig ausgebucht. Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal von den Frühstückszeiten flexibel.

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel, ein bisschen Abseits der Stadt. Das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel war schön sauber und ruhig, das Personal sehr freundlich. Uns hat es ein wenig geärgert, das unser Essen im Restaurant zeitversetzt gebracht wurde, meine Frau bekam ihr Essen als ich schon fertig war, schade.. Die Matratze war ein bisschen schwammig, für uns zu weich. Ansonsten alles top!

Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und nicht abgewohnt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt ein wenig Abseits vom Zentrum.

Top modernes, sehr schönes Hotel. Ruhige Lage. In 5-7 Minuten mit dem Auto in Karlsbad. Hat gutes Frühstücksbuffet, günstiges und gutes Nachtessen. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr sauber!

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel. Parkplätze kostenfrei. Es ist etwas außerhalb, im Wald, dafür aber sehr ruhig. Die Bushaltestelle ist in der Nähe. Check in war schnell und auf deutsch. Das Zimmer klein aber sehr schön und sauber. Bad ist Klasse ! Betten bequem. Schallisolierung hervorragend so das man gar nichts hört. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Viel Auswahl und alles frisch und schmeckte sehr lecker. Verschiedene Kaffees zur Auswahl. Ein Lob an das Restaurant Personal!! Das Service im Hotel war allgemein sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Schöne Lage, ungefähr 2,5 km Entfernung von Stadt Karlovy Vary, was auch gar nicht schlecht ist, dafür sehr ruhig. Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht, das Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse, einfach Top, mit toller Aussicht, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Frühstück ist nichts besonderes. Die Krönung des Aufenthalts waren Gäste, die lautstark singend und stark alkoholisiert auf der Terrasse des Restaurants bis weit nach Mitternacht gefeiert haben. Dem Personal war es egal. Die Leute haben sich schlimmer benommen als auf Mallorca. Super, wenn man das Fenster direkt über der Terrasse hat.

Anfangs dachten wir, wo sind wir hier, da das Hotel recht abgelegen vom Stadtkern liegt. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals und deren Tips für unsere Ausflüge haben das aber schnell vergessen lassen!

Mooi nieuw hotel met alle comfort.

Mooi nieuw hotel met alle comfort: mooie kamers, met terras (indien op vijfde verdieping), mooie en goede inloopdouche. Goede parking. Op 5 minuten van centrum Karlsbad, met wagen. Kleine goede wellness, wel extra te betalen. Perfect ontbijt. Goede wifi.

V pokoji chyběla lžíce na obuv a hlavně jsem postrádala informační materiál na pokoji - např. číslo na recepci, jaké služby hotel nabízí (jsou tam asi masáže, SPA ....), dotazník spokojenosti, možnosti využití volného času ... New hotel with nice interior and balconies. Bit far from town so need to take taxi as no restaurantonly breakfast which has all you need. They do have bar food but the town has lots of restaurants so better to enjoy the city
