"It took us a bit to find this place. Be prepared to walk 4 minutes with your luggages and then up some cobblestone flights of stairs. The location has an elevator, but you have to go up a flight to get to it, and our room is another flight of stairs after the elevator. Mattia at reception was very helpful and friendly. "I stayed there as a last minute resort because my flight got canceled so I needed something for the day. The a.c did not blow cold air in the room. I later went downstairs and said something to someone behind the counter. He told me that alot of people were complaining about it and the manager was aware but he was gone for the day and would fix it tomorrow. I told him that doesn't help us today.
