"I arrived and was told my room had been sold, even though there were NO cars in the parking lot. The smell in the office was atrocious and the attendant was struggling to communicate with me, little English apparently. He seemed to be trying to sell me a different room but the looks and atmosphere of the place and his demeanor were so awful I told him I was not interested in a different room. He told me to go on the website and cancel, and when I did, he had marked me as a no show."

"Room could have been cleaner. Bacon an the floor, bathroom was old and dirty in corners."

"It was surrounded by 2 other motels close to nothing else. The parking lot was empty like all other parking lot. It was not in a big city. Then when we left this morning, there was a 5 dollar parking fee in Anderson IN???? That is the most obscure thing I have ever dealt with. I have stayed a lot of places Obviously I missed the fine print. I will definitely let others know."

"We just needed a cheap room to sleep in for the night and that's what we got! The property is old and not luxurious, so keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. The bathroom was kind of run down but it was clean and we didn't care. The staff was not particularly helpful but I didn't have any actual problems with them. "I found roaches 2 in bathrooms so and a spider and the toilet seat was not attached, very wiggles otherwise clean the pool was empty not in service but staff was very friendly."

"For the price of $142 a night this place was found lacking. The pool was not open due to renovations, the room smelled so bad we slept with the window open, bedspread was stained, no plastic liner in the shower so it flooded the bathroom floor and entry. Would not recommend staying here, I have no idea how it got its rating as 4.8."
